| We offer several styles of Danner 's signature work boot, the Rain
Forest, including insulated and uninsulated models, men's and women's
sizes. A new style we've recently introduced is the Danner Super Rain
Forest, an extra-rugged version that's built to perform in the harshest
conditions. It features extra-thick leather uppers, a double-layer
of leather in the vamp and heel areas for extra protection, and a tough
Vibram outsole. We also offer the Danner Explorer, a hiking style that's
versatile enough for work or casual wear. |
| Danner work boots come with a 6-month limited warrantee against
defects in materials and workmanship. All Danner stitchdown styles can be
re-soled, adding years of life at minimal cost. |

Danner Warranty |

| For 180 days from date of
purchase, all Danner Occupational (work and uniform styles) footwear and
Sporting footwear used for occupational purposes are warranted to
be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Danner waterproof footwear
is also warranted waterproof provided the failure or leak is not the
result of cuts, abrasions, or other wear related damage caused by the
user. Limited warranty on Danner safety toe boots (composite or steel):
all Danner safety toe boots will provide protection on the initial impact up to
the ANSI rating as specified. After the initial impact, the safety toe
may be shattered and the boots should not be used in an environment that
requires a safety toe. Any warranty, expressed or implied, is voided by
the initial shock or impact.
For all warranties, Danner
will, at its option, either repair, replace or prorate based on
wear/tear that is evident, any defective footwear covered by this
warranty. Danner footwear should be returned, postage prepaid, to the place of
purchase with a sales slip. A dated sales receipt is required with all
returns. Any repair work performed by other than the manufacturer may
void the Danner warranty. These Danner warranties are effective January 1, 2000.
